90 Day Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you have a full 90 days to return it for a full refund minus return shipping. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in "like new" condition (free of damage, wear marks and/or scratches).

NOTE: Return Policy Does Not Apply To Ammunition. All Ammo Sales Are Final.

How to Return an Item

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.

Once we recieve your return request we'll email you a shipping label that you can then use to ship the items back to us. Please note: It may take up to a day to for us to process your request and email you your label.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

You should expect to receive your refund within two to three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund faster. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (4 to 6 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Our holsters come with a lifetime guarantee. If any part of the holster breaks or fails under normal wear and tear we will fix and/or replace it.
